I have rented a classroom in Jurong West. The location is 5 - 10 minutes walk away from Lakeside mrt. I am no longer going to the student's place for tuition. My rate is $50 - $65 per hour for individual tuition and each session is 2 hours. For P6 Group Tuition, the fees is $250 for 4 lesson. Terms and Conditions:
- Only taking in Obedient students and not mischievous students
- For P6 Group Tuition, student should achieve 60 marks and above during their SA1/SA2 examination.
- For Individual tuition, student should achieve at least 50 marks and above for P3/P4 and 40 marks and above for P5/P6 during their school SA1/SA2 examination (I am sorry but I encountered many issues with teaching very very weak students in the past such as a strong lack of interest, poor attitude, cancellation of lesson with tutor without informing the parents, etc.)
- Students must be able to have regular lessons throughout the year at the arranged day and time. (Not taking in students with heavy CCAs that need to change the tuition day and time too frequently)
- From January to October, the tuition will be ongoing, including the school holidays. (Stopping for 1 - 2 weeks for a short break is alright)
- A valid reason must be given for any changing of tuition time. A make-up lesson will be arranged for Individual tuition. There is no make-up lesson for Group Tuition.
- Tuition fees are payable at the start of every month, either by cash or by internet banking. In the case of additional lesson or cancellation of lesson during that month, the fees would be adjusted accordingly for the following month. For new parents who may not feel comfortable paying the fees first before the lesson commences, your can choose to pay at the end of every lesson instead.
- Naughty students, regular cancellation of tuition or changing of tuition time and late payment of tuition fees will lead to termination of tuition, up to the discretion of the tutor.
